In most cases, hardware alone cannot be rated; the testing standards pertain to the end product. The goal of Nüvo is to provide products that when combined with the purchaser's product, deliver a system that meets the governing standard.

Nüvo Concept™ Limited Lifetime Warranty For Commercial Products
This warranty is given to the initial purchaser of new commercial products purchased from your local distributor and its subsidiaries. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, damage or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident, modification, improper installation or maintenance, third party materials or damage during shipping. The warranty is not transferable and does not cover any subsequent purchasers of the products.
During the Limited Lifetime Warranty period, your local distributor, will, at its option, repair or replace any defective products with a comparable product or component. This Limited Warranty is for repair or replacement of defective products only and does not cover any other costs such as removal, installation, or other related expenses.

Information regarding the claimed defect and date of purchase of the product must be provided. Any defective product must be returned postage or freight prepaid to your local distributor.
